Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Tour Cancellation Process

At SMR WORLD ELITE, we understand that plans can change. To request a cancellation for your booked Domestic tour package, customers must notify us via their registered email at support@primeflyertravels.com during our official working hours. Cancellation charges will apply based on the specific tour's itinerary and time of request.

2. Working Hours for Requests

All cancellation requests and refund queries are processed strictly during our operational hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed (Requests sent during weekends will be addressed on the following Monday)

3. Refund Timeline

Once a tour cancellation is approved as per the policy, the refund amount will be calculated and credited back to the original payment method.

Standard Processing Time: Approved refunds for domestic tour packages are processed within 15 Working Days.

4. Important Conditions

  • Customized Packages: Booking amounts for highly customized India tours may be non-refundable depending on the advance payments made to local vendors and hotels.
  • Service Fees: A nominal processing fee per person will be deducted for all cancelled bookings.
  • No Shows: No refund will be provided for travelers who do not show up at the start of the tour or leave the tour mid-way.
